Terms of Service

This document governs the relationship between NotADoc Club and its users. By accessing our analysis of medical imaging automation, you acknowledge the boundary between technical verification and clinical practice.

The NotADoc Clinical Disclaimer

NotADoc Club provides a neutral educational portal and consulting resource for computer vision technologies in healthcare. All content, including analysis of medical imaging automation, is for educational and informational purposes only.

NO PHYSICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP CREATED

WE ARE NOT DOCTORS. NOTADOC CLUB DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL DIAGNOSES, PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, OR PATIENT TREATMENT PLANS.

Participation in our audits, reviews, or consultation sessions does not constitute a clinical relationship. Our assessments focus on the technical performance and diagnostic verification standards of computer vision algorithms, not on the health outcomes of individual patients.

Usage Boundaries

  • 01 Not intended for emergency medical use or real-time diagnostic decision-making.
  • 02 Users must verify all computer vision outputs with a licensed medical professional.
  • 03 Consulting services are limited to infrastructure and workflow evaluation.

Algorithm Verification Standards

Our analysis is grounded in peer-reviewed computer vision research. We maintain neutrality in technology software assessment and do not accept vendor bias. Our reports focus on Explainability, Algorithmic Transparency, and Drift Monitoring to ensure that integrated vision systems do not create clinical bottlenecks or silent failures.

ARTICLE I User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate, non-confidential technical data when requesting an institution-wide audit. You are responsible for ensuring that all medical imaging software versions and throughput logs shared with NotADoc Club comply with local patient privacy regulations (PIPEDA, HIPPA, etc.).

  • Prohibition of reverse-engineering our verification standards.
  • Mandatory disclosure of third-party AI diagnostic vendors.
  • Maintenance of professional liability insurance as a clinical facility.

ARTICLE II Limitation of Liability

NotADoc Club provides technical performance reviews only. We do not claim 100% accuracy for any computer vision algorithm. Our advisory services do not replace clinical liability insurance or the professional judgment of a radiologist.

In no event shall NotADoc Club be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the clinical application of technical findings. Liability is strictly limited to the value of the specific audit or consulting engagement fee.
